Full-Stack & AI Developer Intern

FFTech is a lean, high-output AI engineering shop building automation systems, voice AI agents, and full-stack platforms for clients across Australia, the US, and beyond. We move fast, ship real things, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow — not just watch.

You'll work directly with our lead engineer on live client projects. This is a hands-on internship — you'll be writing code, integrating APIs, debugging real systems, and learning how AI-powered products are actually built. Strong performance leads directly to a full-time offer.

• Build and maintain full-stack web features (Node.js, React, or Python backends)
• Integrate and experiment with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Work on automation workflows, CRM integrations, and agentic systems
• Debug, document, and ship — no hand-holding, but full mentorship
• Communicate progress clearly in English (written + verbal)

• Proficiency in at least one of: Node.js, React, or Python
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and/or Python fundamentals
• Exposure to or genuine curiosity about AI/ML tools and APIs
• Fast learner — you Google well and figure things out
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Final-year undergraduate or recent CS/Engineering graduate
• Ability to commit to 2 PM – 10 PM BST, Monday to Friday

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or any agentic AI framework
• Familiarity with AWS, serverless, or cloud infrastructure
• Any prior freelance, internship, or personal project experience
• GitHub profile or portfolio you can show us

This isn't a CV-padding internship. After 3 months, top performers will be offered a permanent full-time role at FFTech with a market-rate salary. We're building a small, elite team — and this is the door in.
