Purpose of this app: FFTech SaaS is a web platform that helps people track daily habits and administer timed online exams. It uses Google Sign-In to authenticate users and Google Calendar to schedule exam interview meetings between recruiters and candidates.
What is FFTech SaaS?
FFTech SaaS is a web-based productivity platform with two applications. Each application uses specific Google APIs for the purposes described below — and only those purposes.
1. Consistency Tracker — Daily Habit Tracker
Lets users log daily activities, build streaks, visualize progress on a calendar grid, and earn achievement badges.
Google APIs used: Google Sign-In (openid, email, profile scopes) — to authenticate users and persist their habit logs across sessions and devices.
2. Exam Portal — Timed Online Exams
Lets recruiters administer timed multiple-choice exams with anti-cheat monitoring, then schedule follow-up interview meetings with successful candidates.
Google APIs used: Google Sign-In (openid, email, profile) for recruiter authentication, plus Google Calendar (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) — to create interview meeting events on the recruiter's calendar and invite the candidate. Calendar access is used solely for creating these scheduled interview events; we do not read, list, or modify unrelated calendar entries.
What we do NOT do: We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Photos, or any other Google services. We do not read existing calendar events, share user data with third parties, or use Google account data for advertising. The minimum scopes necessary for each feature are the only scopes requested.
